As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CCO will own sales performance, key accounts, pricing, and commercial execution, leveraging the organisation's global network and operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global commercial and growth strategy
- Drive revenue and margin growth across air, ocean, road, and contract logistics
- Lead and develop a high‑performing global sales and commercial organisation
- Own senior customer relationships and oversee strategic negotiations and tenders
- Ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience globally
- Partner cross‑functionally to ensure commercial strategies are operationally deliverable
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on commercial matters
About You
- Senior commercial leadership experience within freight forwarding or logistics
- Proven track record of delivering profitable growth in a global organisation
- Strong understanding of international trade lanes and pricing dynamics
- Strategic, hands‑on leader with Board‑level influence
- Commercially driven and comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments
