Electrical Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer who will play a key role in integrating electrical systems into a wide range of products. This individual will support the design, testing, and production of electrical components while ensuring performance, reliability, and quality standards are consistently met. The role partners closely with manufacturing and production teams to support day‑to‑day operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute testing approaches to assess electrical components, assemblies, and systems
- Perform functional testing on completed products to validate performance and system reliability
- Maintain and support testing tools, equipment, and electrical assets to ensure uninterrupted operation
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project and production objectives
- Assist manufacturing and production teams by interpreting and explaining bills of materials (BOMs), wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem‑solving skills
- Solid foundation in mathematics and applied engineering principles
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Approximately 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience working with ERP systems is a plus
- AutoCAD proficiency is required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities
