Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new product formulations aligned with consumer expectations and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with customers to meet flavor, nutritional, and labeling goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and industry associations to stay ahead of trends and troubleshoot challenges.
- Execute benchtop sample creation, scale-up processes, and production line trials with precision and attention to detail.
- Support nutritional labeling, regulatory compliance, and documentation for packaging.
- Utilize analytical tools and data collection systems to enhance product quality and performance.
- Assist in sourcing and trialing new ingredients, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in food product development.
- Strong understanding of multi-ingredient functionality and processing parameters.
- Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills.
- Self-motivated and collaborative mindset.
