Location: Easton, PA
Salary: $120,000 - 140,000 + 4-8% bonus + relo assistance
Summary:
A reputable manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Industrial Engineering Manager for their Easton, PA facility.
Responsibilities:
The ideal Industrial Engineering Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage department expenses and plan capital appropriations to support manufacturing process improvements and product development initiatives.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing methods, work cells, and facility layouts to improve staff efficiency, equipment utilization, and overall workflow.
- Review production schedules, design specifications, and engineering documentation to support production teams and assess manufacturing feasibility of product or component designs.
- Use 3D CAD tools (Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD preferred) to design assembly fixtures, create 2D work cell layouts, recommend design approaches, and support qualification test plans that ensure product performance and reliability.
Qualifications
The ideal Industrial Engineering Manager will have the following skill set:
- 10 + years of manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline
- Experience in a heavy continuous improvement/process improvement role
- Fabrication is experience is highly preferred
