We're seeking a dynamic Maintenance Superintendent to oversee maintenance excellence across Converting and Pulping/Utilities-two critical pillars of our world-class facility. This is your opportunity to shape reliability, safety, and innovation on a large scale.
Your Mission
- Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire a team of up to 40 skilled professionals, driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Own Reliability: Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies that keep production running at peak efficiency.
- Bridge Operations & Engineering: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and operational success.
- Plan & Execute: Take charge of outage planning and turnaround projects that keep us ahead of the curve.
- Champion Safety: Set the standard for safety excellence, ensuring compliance and protecting our most valuable asset-our people.
- Drive Performance: Manage budgets, mentor talent, and deploy innovative solutions that optimize cost and reliability.
What You Bring
- Proven Leadership: Experience leading maintenance teams in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Technical Depth: Expertise in multiple areas:
- Converting: Paper, corrugated, packaging, plastics, food & beverage, bottling.
- Pulping & Utilities: Raw material prep, pulping, bleaching, fiber processing, chemical recovery, wastewater treatment, steam/power generation, compressed air systems, cooling systems, biorefining.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to manage complex projects and deliver measurable results.
- Preferred Edge: Predictive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance, Lean/Six Sigma, and cost optimization experience.
