Maintenance Supervisor
A leading food & beverage manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability across a fast‑paced production facility. This role is essential to ensuring equipment uptime, food safety, and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop maintenance technicians; ensure consistent adherence to procedures and best practices.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, prioritize work orders, and coordinate daily activities with production and outside vendors.
- Drive equipment reliability by identifying improvement opportunities, leading root cause analyses, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track maintenance KPIs, maintain accurate CMMS documentation, and ensure timely follow‑up on repairs and PMs.
- Enforce safety, GMPs, LOTO, and 5S standards throughout the facility.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership in food, beverage, packaging, or high‑speed manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills (PLCs, pneumatics, motors, conveyors).
- Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with food processing or packaging equipment is a plus.
