Maintenance Technician
A leading packaging and containers manufacturing facility is seeking multiple Maintenance Technicians to perform highly diversified duties involving the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facility equipment in alignment with safety, predictive, and productive maintenance standards. Positions are available on both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize equipment utilization by maintaining machinery to run at optimal capacity and speed.
- Perform diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and facility equipment.
- Apply mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills on production machinery.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service tasks.
- Use various hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and material‑handling equipment to complete maintenance work.
- Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs or assigned projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent combination of education and production maintenance experience.
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills, including some PLC and HVAC experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Previous experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented and self‑directed work style.
Compensation
- Hourly Salary: $25-$30 depending on experience
