As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planning & Replenishment Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
The Allocation and Planning Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring optimal stock distribution and inventory management across multiple markets in Asia. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of luxury retail dynamics, and the ability to balance commercial objectives with brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Allocation:
- Manage stock allocation across Asia markets to maximize sales and minimize markdowns.
- Ensure timely replenishment based on store performance, seasonal trends, and market needs.
Planning & Analysis:
- Support seasonal buy planning and forecasting in collaboration with merchandising teams.
- Monitor sell-through rates and provide actionable insights to improve inventory efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Liaise with logistics, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure smooth product flow.
- Communicate allocation strategies and priorities to internal stakeholders.
Reporting:
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on inventory status, sales performance, and allocation effectiveness.
- Identify risks and opportunities to optimise stock levels and assortment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in allocation, planning, or inventory management within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel and planning systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English and native in Chinese
