Production Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced operations leader to oversee a highly automated production line within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving performance across safety, quality, and productivity metrics while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of 20+ operators, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.
• Conduct daily line inspections and verify operational documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, shipping, receiving, HR, and quality departments.
• Manage line downtime and communicate action plans during scheduled and unscheduled stops.
• Support Six Sigma and 5-S initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and operational updates.
• Promote a culture of cost-saving behaviors and team health.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
