Quality Superintendent
A growing food manufacturing facility is seeking a hands‑on quality leader to oversee daily food safety, product standards, and compliance activities. This role acts as a key partner to operations, helping strengthen procedures, guide problem‑solving, and support audit‑readiness across the plant.
What You'll Do
- Lead core quality and food safety programs across the facility
- Support investigations, continuous improvement work, and documentation updates
- Coordinate internal audits and partner with cross‑functional teams on quality needs
- Provide training and help maintain strong floor‑level standards
- Serve as a resource for regulatory, customer, and certification requirements
