Sr. Manager Procurement - S2P/SRM
The Senior Manager, S2P/SRM Procurement Excellence, will lead the strategic procurement optimization initiatives, focusing on Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) processes. This role is responsible for driving procurement excellence, optimizing supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance strategic supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance.
- Process Optimization: Lead the continuous improvement of S2P and SRM processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities and supplier relationships.
- Data Analysis: Utilize technical tools to analyze procurement data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure procurement activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on S2P and SRM.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Source to Pay (S2P) processes, SRM best practices, and procurement technologies (SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, or PMP are highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools
