We are recruiting on behalf of a market‑leading logistics service provider that is rapidly expanding its footprint across Poland. The company offers a full suite of high‑quality logistics solutions, with a particular strength in warehousing, fulfilment, and value‑added services. As part of their growth strategy, they are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition across the Polish market.

This is a strategic, high‑impact role for someone who understands how to build relationships, win new business, and deliver tailored supply‑chain solutions that add real value.

The Role

  • As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth across Poland by identifying, approaching, and onboarding new customers. You will work closely with internal operations, solution design, and commercial teams to build bespoke warehousing and value‑added logistics solutions.
  • This position includes nationwide business development responsibility and requires a consultative, solution‑oriented commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the company's warehousing and value‑added logistics customer base across Poland.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in key verticals.
  • Lead the full commercial cycle: prospecting, solution development, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with operational and technical teams to design tailored warehousing, fulfilment, and VAS solutions.
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Maintain high‑quality reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Strong track record in Business Development, ideally within warehousing, contract logistics, 3PL, or supply‑chain services.
  • Experience selling value‑added solutions (e.g., packaging, kitting, fulfilment, custom service modules) is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of ocean, air, or road freight is a plus but not essential.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers at all levels, from operational leads to senior decision‑makers.
  • Fluent English is required; Polish is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently with a national remit.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and solution‑selling capabilities.
