We're recruiting on behalf of a leading player in the logistics and automation sector, known for delivering cutting-edge warehouse solutions across Europe. About the Role

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for both existing and prospective clients. You'll work closely with field-based Account Managers and internal departments such as Sales Operations, Finance, Leasing, and After-Sales to deliver tailored solutions that meet each client's unique logistics needs.

You'll be based at the client's head office near Alphen aan den Rijn, with the flexibility to work anywhere from the Netherlands, from home several days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with potential and existing clients via phone and digital channels
  • Identify client needs and match them with suitable products and services
  • Manage and grow your own portfolio of accounts
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and the company website
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a commercial or sales-driven role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • HBO-level education or equivalent thinking level
  • Interest in technology or logistics is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
