A dynamic and growth-oriented enterprise with a diverse portfolio of operations is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Supply Chain to lead and optimize its end-to-end supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business goals across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve sourcing strategies, vendor relationships, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Implement advanced planning systems and analytics to enhance forecasting, demand planning, and inventory control.
  • Oversee logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
  • Drive sustainability and risk mitigation strategies across the supply chain network.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously improve supply chain performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles, preferably in multi-industry or diversified business environments.
  • Proven track record of leading supply chain transformations and implementing digital tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing global supply chains and navigating complex regulatory environments is a plus.
