Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business goals across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve sourcing strategies, vendor relationships, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Implement advanced planning systems and analytics to enhance forecasting, demand planning, and inventory control.
- Oversee logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Drive sustainability and risk mitigation strategies across the supply chain network.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously improve supply chain performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles, preferably in multi-industry or diversified business environments.
- Proven track record of leading supply chain transformations and implementing digital tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing global supply chains and navigating complex regulatory environments is a plus.
