As a Facility Engineer II, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving the infrastructure that powers state-of-the-art manufacturing and laboratory operations. You'll work hands-on with a multidisciplinary team to support utilities, cleanrooms, HVAC systems, precision lab equipment, and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and engineering best practices.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide technical support for facility infrastructure, utilities, and manufacturing/lab equipment.
  • Lead and support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, maintenance procedures, and test methods.
  • Coordinate PM and repair activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
  • Manage vendor contracts and service levels across multiple facilities.
  • Support EHS initiatives and stay current with FDA and industry engineering standards.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • Strong experience with electrical distribution, HVAC, BAS, cleanrooms, boiler systems, and lab equipment.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms and cGMP environments.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
  • A passion for innovation, accountability, and teamwork.
