Global Supply Chain Leader

The Global Supply Chain Leader to oversee global supply chain operations for color materials across Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. This role involves managing inventory levels of approximately $700 million and handling the forecasting and supply planning for 8,300 active SKUs.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead a global supply chain team with up to 6 direct reports.
• Manage the demand forecasting process, working with the demand planning team to select optimal forecasting models and improve forecast accuracy.
• Oversee supply planning, including setting inventory targets and safety stock levels, and coordinating with MRP and DRP managers to optimize replenishment models.
• Conduct the S&OP process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing and presenting materials, and executing supply plans that balance demand with supply.
• Collaborate with commercial, product management, technology, and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure execution of S&OP plans, including communication, timelines, deadlines, and accountability.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehousing to optimize inventory levels.
• Communicate and influence across all organizational levels to achieve results.

• On-time in full (OTIF)
• Inventory levels (days on hand)
• Plan-to-produce metrics
• Demand forecast accuracy
• Dormant inventory reduction

Required Education and Experience:

• 15 years of experience leading a global supply chain organization.
• Experience in the chemical industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or chemistry preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of SAP, APO, and Kinaxis is a plus.
