Company Summary:
A manufacturing organization supporting a high‑volume production environment is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and technical support activities. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production, and driving preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts. The Maintenance Manager works closely with operations and engineering to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing processes.

- Leading and supervising maintenance personnel, including work prioritization and daily execution.
- Ensuring equipment reliability, uptime, and effective preventive maintenance practices.
- Supporting production through troubleshooting, corrective actions, and technical guidance.
- Maintaining equipment standards, work instructions, and maintenance documentation.
- Managing maintenance budgets, spare parts, and outside service resources.
- Partnering with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment and process issues.
- Reviewing equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring downtime or failures.
Must Have Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on troubleshooting capability.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability practices.
- Working knowledge of CMMS or maintenance management systems.
- Solid communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
- Background in a production or industrial manufacturing setting.
