Role Overview:
Maintain and repair plant equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. This hands-on role requires strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems, adherence to safety standards, and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical systems (motors, pumps, PLCs, conveyors).
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Implement safety and reliability improvements.
- Communicate maintenance needs to reduce downtime.
- Fabricate parts and support operations teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of related experience.
- Associate degree, technical certificate, or military training in: Electrical or Electronics Systems, Industrial Controls or Manufacturing Systems/Mechanical Systems.
- Completion of an Industrial Maintenance vocational or technical school program.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
- Wastewater treatment experience a plus.
