Location: Twin Falls, ID

Experience: 5+ years

Salary: $33.50-48.00 / Hour + Quarterly Bonus

Role Overview:

Maintain and repair plant equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. This hands-on role requires strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems, adherence to safety standards, and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical systems (motors, pumps, PLCs, conveyors).
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
  • Implement safety and reliability improvements.
  • Communicate maintenance needs to reduce downtime.
  • Fabricate parts and support operations teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of related experience.
  • Associate degree, technical certificate, or military training in: Electrical or Electronics Systems, Industrial Controls or Manufacturing Systems/Mechanical Systems.
  • Completion of an Industrial Maintenance vocational or technical school program.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
  • Wastewater treatment experience a plus.
