My client is a leading global fashion retail group known for their iconic brands, trend-forward collections, and commitment to innovation. With a strong presence across APAC, they are seeking a strategic and analytical Planning Manager to drive growth and operational excellence across the regions within Asia Pacific
Role Overview:
As the Planning Manager, APAC, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning process for own retail stores, e-commerce channels across the region. You will partner closely with product ad buying teams, finance, supply chain, and marketing teams to optimize inventory, maximize sales, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute seasonal and annual direct to consumer financial plans, forecasts, and OTB strategies across APAC markets.
- Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and consumer behavior to inform planning decisions and drive profitability.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align product assortments, launch strategies, and replenishment plans.
- Lead in-season performance reviews and make agile adjustments to maximize sales and minimize markdowns.
- Partner with e-commerce and retail operations to ensure optimal stock allocation and availability.
- Provide insights and reporting to senior leadership on business performance, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in OTB planning, demand planning, sales forecasting, replenishment and allocation from global fashion or beauty retails
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, planning tools, and data visualisation platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and functions.
- Excellent in English and Chinese speaking is a must
