Our client, a distinguished company in the electronics industry, is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead their Dallas, TX-based operations. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional with a solid background in contract manufacturing and a strong track record of driving operational efficiency and team leadership. The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring profitability, adherence to industry standards, and operational excellence. Key Skills, Qualifications, and Expertise

  • Extensive Industry Experience: At least 10 years of experience within contract manufacturing, specifically in industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or related. A deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors is essential.
  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in a Plant Manager or equivalent leadership role, with experience managing diverse teams and full P&L responsibility. This person will also lead a total team of 30+ at their flagship site.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Operational Excellence: A strong history of implementing process improvements, optimizing workflows, and achieving production targets through lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies.
  • Strategic Vision: The ability to develop and execute strategic objectives that align with broader corporate goals, driving growth and long-term success.
  • Cross-Functional Expertise: Experience working collaboratively with departments such as engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and sales to ensure operational synergy and customer satisfaction.
  • Commitment to Quality and Compliance: A demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in all plant operations.
