About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Director to lead our Corporate Services procurement function, with a focus on IT and Facility Management. This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that deliver value, ensure compliance, and support business objectives across technology and workplace services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement procurement strategies for IT and Facility Management categories, aligning with corporate goals and sustainability initiatives.
  • Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure performance against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Cost Optimization: Drive cost efficiency and value creation through competitive sourcing, contract management, and spend analysis.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with IT, Facilities, Finance, and other business units to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Innovation & Sustainability: Promote innovative procurement practices and integrate ESG principles into sourcing decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing IT and Facility Management categories within a corporate environment.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
