Regional Sales Manager Printing (Southeast GA/NC/SC)

Company Summary: Our client is a printing equipment company in the US helping manufacturers print onto beverage containers, household goods, industrial glass and cardboard boxes. The team is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast region in the Georgia, Florida, North Carolina or South Carolina territory. The position will focus on building new business relationships while nurturing and expanding existing accounts. This role will manage a sales team of 8-12 reps.

The Regional Sales Manager has these key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet individual and company goals
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with both new prospects and existing clients
  • Set and pursue sales targets within potential client organizations
  • Maintain consistent prospecting efforts and follow-up activities
  • Provide market insights and feedback on industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded

The Regional Sales Manager should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, ideally in capital equipment, packaging equipment, digital printing, labels, coding, and printing within packaging
  • Management experience is preferred
  • Proven success in a sales role with strong outreach and cold calling capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and prospects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work across departments and project teams
