Salary: $97,000 - $115,000 base + 4-8% bonus + relo assistance

A reputable food manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Fabrication Process Engineer for their Easton, PA facility.
Responsibilities:
The ideal Senior Fabrication Process Engineer will have the following responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering drawings to confirm product specifications and ensure structural and functional requirements are met.
- Develop and optimize fabrication plans, processes, and standards to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs.
- Utilize and support fabrication equipment (e.g., fiber laser systems, press brakes, CNC tube processors), including implementing tooling and maintaining preventive maintenance documentation.
- Inspect parts for quality compliance, troubleshoot fabrication issues, and drive corrective actions to uphold Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance.
Qualifications
The ideal Senior Fabrication Process Engineer will have the following skill set:
- 5 + years of experience in a fabrication environment
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline
- Experience in fabrication equipment such as fiber lasers, press brakes, or CNC tube processors
