We are currently seeking a Senior Maritime Project Manager to lead complex shipbuilding and marine engineering projects from initial planning through final delivery. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends technical expertise, team development, stakeholder communication, and operational execution.

Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of maritime project management experience with proven leadership success.
- Strong background in steel vessel construction and material flow.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional project teams.
