Salary: Flexible above 70k base + Competitive Commission
Company Summary: Our client is a corrugated packaging company out of the St. Louis area looking to expand their sales team. This outside sales Account Manager will execute sales strategy in the surrounding states.
The (Sr.) Account Manager has these key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell the company's corrugated packaging solutions to new prospects and existing clients.
* Address customer issues and ensure overall client satisfaction.
* Create strategic outreach plans to identify key decision-makers and initiate contact.
* Actively pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and follow-up.
* Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client needs.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and create customized sales materials.
* Represent the company at industry events including trade shows, seminars, and marketing initiatives.
* Assist with payment collections when necessary.
* Support additional business functions as needed.
The (Sr.) Account Manager should have the following qualifications:
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently, particularly within the Olive Branch region and nearby markets.
* Willingness and ability to travel across multiple states, with occasional overnight stays.
* Strong prospecting abilities, including cold calling and identifying qualified leads.
* Proficient in computer use, phone communication, and skilled in verbal interaction.
* Maintains professionalism while representing the company.
* Possesses a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Prior experience in corrugated packaging sales is required for senior level role, preferred for mid level
