This role will lead the Center of Excellence, focusing on robotics, automation, and advanced analytics to optimize distribution, sourcing, and demand planning. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in implementing cutting-edge technologies and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global supply chain technology strategy and execution.
- Drive robotics and automation initiatives within distribution centers.
- Develop and implement forecasting models for sourcing and demand planning.
- Oversee digital transformation projects leveraging SAP, Gemini, Google Cloud, and Micola software.
- Manage a team of data analysts, data scientists, and process improvement managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record in automation, robotics, and advanced analytics.
- Expertise in forecasting models, demand planning, and sourcing optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Gemini, Google Cloud, and Micola platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and change management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred.
