Supply Chain NPI Manager
Overview:
A global organization in the aesthetics and dermatology space is seeking a Supply Chain Product Lifecycle Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of its injectable product portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful introduction, management, and retirement of products, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
New Product Introduction (NPI):
Lead supply chain planning for new product launches and upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant market availability.Lifecycle Management:
Manage the full product lifecycle from development through discontinuation. Align supply plans with global and regional market needs and drive efficient phase-in/phase-out strategies.Project & Change Management:
Oversee supply chain-related projects and implement change control processes. Ensure accurate product data, documentation, and regulatory alignment (GMP, FDA, etc.).Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the primary supply chain point of contact across internal and external teams. Ensure alignment between supply chain operations and broader business objectives.Portfolio & Risk Management:
Support strategic portfolio reviews and identify opportunities to streamline SKUs. Lead scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity.Process Optimization & Reporting:
Drive continuous improvement across lifecycle and compliance processes. Leverage data analytics to monitor KPIs, track milestones, and support decision-making.Cross-Training & Support:
Serve as a backup for the Supply Chain Planning team during critical business periods.
Ideal Candidate Profile - Supply Chain Focus:
6+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or forecasting within a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, etc.)
Strong background in NPI, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional project leadership
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experienced with ERP and PLM systems
Skilled in change control, documentation, and regulatory compliance (GMP, FDA)
Analytical mindset with experience in scenario planning and risk mitigation
Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment with cross-time zone collaboration
