Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve process and equipment issues to support production goals
- Interpret and work from electrical and mechanical schematics, drawings, and specifications
- Document project outcomes and technical solutions thoroughly
- Work with sensors, thermocouples (TCs), switches, motors, and actuators
- Apply technical standards to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment reliability
- Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley ControlLogix systems (v20 and above)
- Partner with and train maintenance teams to enhance plant-wide troubleshooting capabilities
- Leverage expertise in 3-phase electrical systems, motion control, electro-mechanical systems, VFDs, servo programming, and industrial communication protocols to drive operational excellence.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting and debugging
- Proficiency in HMI design and VFD troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems and automation
