They are now seeking an Application Specialist (m/f/d) to join their team at their site near Bremen.
Your Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Assess potential markets for their technology and evaluate commercial opportunities.
- Market Entry Strategy: Develop strategies to enter and expand high-potential markets in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product development.
- Customer Focus: Identify customer needs and create concepts on how sales and marketing can address them effectively.
- Application Development: Define new application areas and support the sales team with technical concepts.
- Production Concepts: Design customer-specific production concepts tailored to individual product requirements.
- Application Reports: Produce and publish case studies demonstrating the benefits and use cases of the technology.
- Customer Support: Advise and support international customers on technical and product-related topics.
- Marketing Collaboration: Contribute to brochures, presentations, press releases, and other sales materials.
- Customer Trials: Plan, organise, and conduct customer trials in the test centre, including related communication.
- Representation: Attend and represent the company at industry-specific conferences, symposia, and trade fairs.
- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
Your Profile
- Degree in food technology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, process engineering, life sciences, or a comparable field.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in food or pharmaceutical technology (e.g., application engineering, process engineering, product management, technical sales).
- Fluent German and English; additional languages beneficial.
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to understand and solve technical challenges.
- Proactive, communicative, team-oriented, and quick to grasp complex topics.
