Your Role:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads by engaging with prospective clients and businesses in your assigned area.

  • Confidently present and advocate for out client's offerings with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Operate autonomously to achieve and surpass sales goals and performance benchmarks.

  • Demonstrated success in outside sales or field-based business development, ideally within construction, logistics, or industrial environments.
  • Preference given to candidates with an existing network of clients to help accelerate growth and performance.
  • Driven and results-focused - you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy closing deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you know how to earn trust and build rapport.
  • A valid driver's license and a history of safe driving.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Familiarity with the North Carolina market and regional business landscape.
