Customer Service Manager
- Lead and develop the Inside Sales/Customer Service team
- Manage quoting, order entry, and customer service KPIs
- Support domestic and international customers
- Resolve order, delivery, production, and customer issues
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing
- Drive improvements across sales administration and customer service processes
- Support contract requirements and export compliance
- Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with 7+ years
- Previous experience managing a Customer Service or Sales Administration team
- Aerospace, defense, electronics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience supporting domestic and international customers
- Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills
- Knowledge of export-controlled environments is a plus
