District Sales Manager - Southeast
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a $20M-$40M sales territory
- Support and develop a network of 20-40 dealers and distribution partners
- Drive new product adoption, dealer growth, and market share expansion
- Build relationships with dealers, contractors, and key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Deliver accurate forecasting and territory planning
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of territory sales, channel sales, or dealer management experience
- Proven success growing a multi-million-dollar territory
- Experience working through dealer, distributor, or contractor networks preferred
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
Location & Travel:
- Remote/field-based
- Territory focus across South Central US, Canada, and select national accounts
- 50-80% travel
