Field Application Engineer (on-site)
Location: Raleigh, NC
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 + Bonus
About:
DSJ Global is currently partnered with a global leader in power solutions who addresses key environmental issues by continuing to develop innovative energy. This position will be responsible for working closely with HQ's and factories, performing desired install procedures and tests, and ability to work with customers to make sure deliverables are met.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationship with key OEM/ODM customers to engage early design.
- Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge.
- Collaborating with sales teams, engineers, and product managers for ensuring accurate information of application usage, system operations, and product management.
- Ability to identify risks and raise issues to stakeholders.
- Working closely with factories and HQ's to follow project status.
- 20% travel required with overnight stays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- 3+ years' professional experience in field setting
- Quick learner with strong adaptability.
