Head of Global Lean Management (m/w/d)
We are looking for a Global Head of Lean Management for one our clients.
As the Global Head of Lean Management, you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Lean strategy across all global manufacturing sites. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant visibility and influence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a global Lean strategy in alignment with corporate goals
- Lead and grow a high-performing international Lean team
- Drive operational excellence initiatives across 15+ global sites
- Facilitate Lean workshops, training sessions, and coaching to embed a continuous improvement culture
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure progress and impact
- Promote cross-site collaboration and best practice sharing
Your Profile
- Proven track record in leading Lean transformations at a global level, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Deep expertise in Lean methodologies and tools (e.g., Kaizen, VSM, 5S, TPM)
- Ideally experience as a production manager or plant manager
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and functions
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
- Willingness to travel internationally 30-50% globally
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
