One of our manufacturing clients is looking to bring on a strong maintenance leader to support its overnight operations. This person will play a key role in leading maintenance technicians, driving equipment reliability, and ensuring facility systems operate safely and efficiently within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Qualifications for the Maintenance Supervisor include:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably supporting automated production equipment and facility systems.
- Previous leadership experience overseeing maintenance technicians, mechanics, or skilled trades personnel.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems.
- Experience troubleshooting equipment failures and driving corrective actions to improve reliability.
- Proficiency with CMMS systems, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance documentation.
- Experience supporting operations within a 24/7 manufacturing environment preferred.
Responsibilities for the Maintenance Supervisor include:
- Lead and support overnight maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and minimize disruptions to production.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, and Quality teams to troubleshoot issues and support operational goals.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and CMMS documentation in accordance with site procedures and compliance requirements.
- Drive equipment reliability initiatives through root cause analysis, process improvements, and maintenance best practices.
