Hiring: Manufacturing Site Leader (Plant Manager)

Our client, a leading food and beverage manufacturing organization, is seeking a Site Leader to oversee all plant operations at a large-scale production facility. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, employee engagement, financial performance, food safety, and continuous improvement while ensuring the facility achieves world-class standards in safety, quality, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership across plant operations, workforce development, and business performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve safety, quality, reliability, and operational goals.
- Manage plant budgets, assets, and resources while driving productivity and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and workplace safety standards.
- Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, employee development, and change management abilities.
- Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred; dairy manufacturing experience is a plus.
