Medical Devices - APAC Supply Chain Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced APAC Supply Chain Manager to lead regional procurement and end-to-end supply planning activities across the APAC region. This role will focus on procurement, inventory optimization, demand planning, and supply planning to ensure product availability while maintaining cost efficiency and regulatory compliance within a medical device environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities for direct materials, finished goods, and critical suppliers across APAC.
- Develop and execute regional sourcing and supplier management strategies.
- Manage inventory levels to balance product availability, working capital, and service performance.
- Drive demand planning and forecasting processes in collaboration with Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Develop supply plans to support customer demand while mitigating supply risks.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, capacity constraints, and supply continuity.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across procurement and supply chain operations.
- Support S&OP processes and improve forecast accuracy and inventory health.
- Ensure compliance with medical device quality and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, or operations within the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industry.

- Familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements, product traceability, recall processes, and quality systems.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a regional APAC environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
- Fluent English communication skills.
