Project Quality Manager
A global leader in hydroelectric and renewable energy solutions is seeking a Project Quality Manager to join their team. This role will lead quality efforts across complex hydroelectric projects, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality standards from project kickoff through final turnover. The Project Quality Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead quality activities throughout the full project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans, ITPs, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with customer, contractual, regulatory, and company requirements
- Manage quality risks, investigations, corrective actions, and nonconformances
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Field Services teams to resolve quality issues
- Support customer audits, inspections, and project turnover activities
The Project Quality Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Project Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, or Project Management
- Experience within project-based manufacturing, industrial, energy, EPC, or hydroelectric environments preferred
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001
- Strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
