Are you an experienced Sales Hunter with a passion for Ocean Freight? We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Germany. With a proven track record of 7+ years in sales, you'll play a key role in driving growth and securing new business within the Ocean Freight sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Ocean Freight market across Germany.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide top-tier service and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of successful sales experience in Ocean Freight, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • A proven "hunter" mentality with the ability to develop new business from the ground up.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a passion for closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the German logistics market and international freight operations.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
