We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support a large, complex manufacturing organization in New Hampshire. This individual will serve as a strategic HR partner to site and divisional leadership while supporting an employee population of 700+ employees.
This is a highly visible role requiring someone who has operated within large-scale, complex organizations and understands the pace, structure, and employee relations challenges associated with manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with operational and business objectives.
- Provide HR leadership and support across a population of 700+ employees within a group, family, or division.
- Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Coach and influence leaders through organizational change and complex people-related decisions.
- Support talent and leadership initiatives designed to strengthen organizational capability and employee engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence and enterprise HR teams.
- Utilize workforce data and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure HR programs and practices effectively support the requirements of a large-scale manufacturing operation.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR leader supporting a large employee population.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Experience working within a large-scale organization of 5,000+ employees required.
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with senior operational and business leaders.
- Strong background in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, and change management.
- Ability to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong executive communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Location & Relocation
This position is fully onsite in New Hampshire and requires regular presence with the employees and leadership team it supports.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates interested in moving to the area.
