This opportunity is with a leading manufacturer serving the architectural and building products market and is focused on expanding its advanced coating and finishing capabilities across multiple production facilities. The role will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of liquid paint and finishing processes, driving improvements in product quality, operational efficiency, and new product introductions. This individual will serve as a technical expert for coatings applications, support manufacturing teams across several sites, and play a key role in establishing best practices and standards throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in paint, coatings, or finishing operations, preferably within aluminum or related industrial manufacturing environments. In addition to providing hands-on technical leadership, this person will manage capital projects from concept through implementation, support equipment and process upgrades, and contribute to innovation initiatives that expand the company's product offerings. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on manufacturing performance, work cross-functionally with engineering and operations leaders, and help shape the future of the organization's coating technologies.
