Job Title: Senior Sourcing Manager
Overview
The Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead the supplier risk management across the supply chain. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to drive improvements in cost, service, quality, and overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a proactive supplier risk program, including assessment, mitigation plans, and alternative sourcing strategies
- Map and evaluate supply chain structures to identify risks and improve performance
- Partner with leadership to define and track supply chain health, risk, and performance metrics
- Support supplier qualification, development, and capability assessments
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service, and results
- Drive supplier performance initiatives and cost reduction efforts
- Lead change management initiatives and ensure timely execution of key projects
- Develop team capabilities and promote best practices across procurement
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience across procurement within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field
- Experience leading category strategy execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ERP Systems
