Supply Chain Transformation Analysis Lead

As part of this evolution, we are looking for a highly capable transformation professional who can independently lead strategic initiatives, challenge the status quo, and deliver practical business solutions across a complex international organization.
They are seeking someone who combines strong business acumen, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities to solve real business problems and improve how the organization operates.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead business transformation initiatives across sourcing, supply chain, retail, operations, and corporate functions.
- Diagnose complex business challenges through structured analysis and root-cause investigation.
- Evaluate the impact of evolving market conditions, regulatory changes, operational challenges, and organizational priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, governance, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.
- Assess on digital tools and new technologies to support business objectives and enhance productivity.
- Design future-state operating models and scalable ways of working.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive decisions.
- Manage projects from problem definition through implementation and adoption.
- Influence stakeholders across functions and markets while driving sustainable change.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Transformation, Strategy, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement or related disciplines.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional projects in complex multinational organizations.
- Strong business problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
- Experience evaluating business impacts arising from regulatory, operational, compliance, or organizational changes.
- Strong understanding of process redesign, business operating models, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ability to connect business needs with technology, automation, or digital solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
