Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Commission
Company Summary:
A privately held industrial filtration and separation solutions provider is seeking a Territory Manager to support continued growth within a defined regional market. The company serves a wide range of industrial end markets by delivering technically driven filtration products, application expertise, and value‑added service.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing accounts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal partners
- Providing day‑to‑day leadership and oversight for an assigned Inside Sales/Account Support resource
- Conducting customer visits, needs assessments, and basic application evaluations
- Presenting technical product recommendations and solution‑based proposals
- Managing the full sales cycle with accurate CRM documentation and reporting
- Preparing quotes and coordinating with internal teams to support customer requirements
- Representing the organization professionally at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events
- Traveling regularly within an assigned territory (including overnight travel as needed)
The Territory Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience (industrial or technical products preferred)
- Prior experience leading or coordinating with inside sales or support staff preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Mechanical or technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex products
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate in field and office environments
