They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market share, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen existing customer relationships across a high-potential western U.S. territory.
This role is ideal for a motivated, technically oriented sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing business from the ground up, and partnering with customers to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships while increasing share of wallet within strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct customer site visits, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution-based discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business cases to support customer opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams including engineering, product development, business development, and customer support.
- Coordinate with national and global account teams to maximize strategic account growth.
- Organize and participate in customer events, trade shows, and industry networking activities.
- Identify unmet customer needs and collaborate internally to develop customized solutions.
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, prospecting, and relationship development.

Northern California, Nevada, Washington, and Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling into manufacturing environments.
- Background in technical or consultative sales.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing a sales territory and developing new business opportunities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 80%.
- Self-directed, organized, and results-driven with strong follow-through skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $84,000 - $121,000
Potential: $200,000 additional based on performance
