Job Description:
Join our client as a Business Unit Controller and play a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing business processes within the unit, with an emphasis on revenue and procurement. You will collaborate with the Business Unit Manager to prepare (weekly) reports, analyze outcomes, and offer strategic improvement advice. Working alongside a Business Analyst, you will develop new reports using Power BI. Your responsibilities will include assisting with budget preparation, analyzing periodic results, and formulating action plans to enhance gross margins with the Business Unit Manager. You'll engage closely with various departments, initiate operational actions, and contribute to projects like optimizing cargo flows. As a member of the Business Control team, you'll have growth opportunities and will be required to work on-site at least two days a week. Opportunities for international travel, including visits to global offices, are also available.

What You Need:
- Completed HBO/WO education in Finance & Control
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience with Power BI
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Analytical, versatile, proactive, and excellent communication skills
