Summary:
DSJ Global is currently working with a global leading building materials manufacturing company, and they are seeking to add an EHS Manager to their Tennessee team! As the EHS Manager, you will oversee all EHS aspects within the facility and other local facilities, implement and enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety practices and protocols, and possess the ability to effectively communicate and lead on all levels of the organization.
EHS Manager Responsibilities:
- Strong ability to identify potential hazards within the workplace
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure full facility safety compliance
- Promote and facilitate training programs; conduct regular safety meetings
- Effectively use Root Cause Analysis and potential LEAN protocols in daily work activities
- Conduct audits, investigations, inspections and provide corrective action when necessary
EHS Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Environmental Health, and Safety, Facility Management, Environmental Science or related study
- CSP certification is REQUIRED
- 5+ years of EHS managerial experience
- Experienced knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, DOT, EPA regulations and LEAN manufacturing principles
- Ability to travel at least 25% domestically
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 Annually
