This position requires fluency of both German and English (C1).
Responsibilities:
- Expertly issue purchase orders and establish framework agreements in accordance with ERP system requirements (SAP), ensuring seamless procurement processes.
- Skillfully obtain and analyse quotations, securing the best value for the company.
- Engage in close cooperation with project buyers and local production planning, ensuring that our procurement activities align seamlessly with project needs.
- Control and verify invoices, resolving price variances related to purchase orders, and optimising cost efficiency.
- Manage supplier performance, conducting supplier assessments to ensure we maintain top-notch partnerships.
Requirements:
- A completed technical or commercial education, such as HTL in industrial engineering, HAK, or a similar field.
- Professional experience in project purchasing or technical purchasing, particularly in the realm of mechanical engineering, would be highly advantageous.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office is essential, and experience with SAP is a valuable asset.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
- Possess a structured work ethic and demonstrate the ability to work seamlessly in a team environment.
