Your Daily Responsibilities:

Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership or management experience
- Excellent problem-analysis, critical thinking, and strategic planning abilities
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
