Summary
One of Boston's best-selling food production companies is seeking a Production Manager who will ensure high speed and efficient production of their products. This includes high value at a high-quality rate. They are looking for an individual who will make an immediate impact on the brand and implement company guidelines, policies and procedures. The role also mandates an employee who will provide and safe and fair environment for their team and all other employees. This role's shift is 6pm to 3am, Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.
The Production Manager will be responsible for..
+ Manage all operations which include adhering to the plan, managing work in progress, job assignments, rotations, workflow, delegation of duties, ensuring safe operations.
+ Establish adequate use of labor, supplies, tools and other equipment in order to optimize efficiency.
+ Ensure their teams complying with GMP, HACCP, CCP, food safety standards, and CQPs
+ Responsible for analyzing performance and quickly being able to resolve lack of success
The Production Manager should have the following qualificationsโฆ
+ High school diploma preferably with related experience, college credit or bachelor's degree a plus
+4+ years of leadership experience within the food industry, preferably in manufacturing.
+Fluent in English, preferably with an understanding in Spanish or Portuguese.
